Will not start after an accident

Will not start. Turns over slow. Wondering if the ECU is bad. Took a hit on computer side replaced fuse box and computer box mounted the end of fuse box. Same number only difference is at the end of number. Have no twelve volts at injectors. Only have grounded at all injector pulgs on one wire only. Key on or off. No pulse on Luther wire when turning over.

Hello,

This sounds like you have a weak battery. if the engine turns to slow it will never start or you have a ground cable that is not connected from the engine to the battery and then to the frame of body of the car.
