Hello,
Flat spots and cupping could be a pointer to bad suspension components or wheel alignment issues
Tyres worn on the inside are usually caused by too much camber adjustment.
Is your car set on lowered suspension components or still running the stock factory setup?

Tyre cupping is not caused by poor road surfaces but is usually the result of either weakened struts or shock absorbers or sometimes by one of the tires being out of balance with the others, the latter problem being cheaper and simpler to fix.
Misaligned tires †keeping car tires in alignment and balance is an important part of car care and maintenance
Worn suspension †any part of the suspension mechanism of the car, which is worn will impact on the vehicles’ tires, meaning they cannot roll smoothly down the road and instead the car will bounce up and down particularly on uneven roads. This will be made worse if you are regularly driving on poor quality roads
Shock absorbers †these control the unwanted movement of the car by controlling the motion of the wheels, they are springs which absorb the bumps and changes in the road surface. Without shock absorbers, you would be bouncing around all over the place which is both uncomfortable and dangerous. Worn shock absorbers will result in tire cupping. Shock absorbers don’t tend to fail but as they wear out, their control of the wheels will become less effective and you may even hear noise associated with this, which is the usually the sound of the wheel hitting the tarmac as it fails to maintain even contact and bounces
Unbalanced tires †if the vehicle weight is not distributed evenly across the surface of the tire, then this can lead to an imbalance with the way the vehicle moves on the road surface. If the problem is quite severe, then this will be sufficient for some parts of the tire to hit the tarmac with a greater impact than other areas resulting in cupping. Balanced car Tyres can extend the life of the tires by as much as 20%
Cheap tires †some cheaper tires can be prone to deterioration and cupping but usually, there has to be another factor present as well for this to occur.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Boris
