Good evening,

First, make sure you are in park or neutral.

When you push the start button, it sends a signal to the ECM. The ECM looks for a signal from the park/neutral switch and when it is right, it will energize the relay and send power to the starter solenoid.

Do you have a voltmeter to do some checks?

Okay, you will need to do some checks to see where the failure is located.

Do you have a test light or voltmeter for testing?
