Okay. We are going to need to start with a little more info. The smoking really bad, was that from the engine or from the exhaust?
If that was coming from the engine then I suspect it was overheating and we may have a warped head. Can you get a recording of what the engine sounds like when you are trying to start it?
If this was from the exhaust then that would explain why you replaced the injectors.
So let's start with getting some basic info first. I would suggest with starting on getting the compression of the engine as I suspect we have some larger issues.

Lastly if this was smoking from the exhaust and then you changed the injectors and now it will not start we need to check the fuel pressure as well.
