Will not stay running and shows code P0088?

Car starts then shuts right off, Check Engine Light on and throwing the P0088 code. Engine was completely replaced few months ago after seizing up.

P0088 Fuel Rail System Pressure is Too High. This usually is the pressure sensor on the rail or the high-pressure fuel pump that has gone out. I would do the sensor first which is under the intake manifold. Here are the instructions for the repair. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
