Have you checked the fuel pressure to make sure the pump is working? If not, do that first.

If you look at pic 1 below, it provided the manufacturer's fuel pressure specifications.
If that is good, confirm the ECM 1 fuse in the fuse box under the hood is good. See pic 2. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to it.

If that checks good, I need you to locate the injector wiring harness. All fuel injectors should have 12v when the key is on via a pink wire. See pic 2. Check to see if that is the case. If it is, we need to see if the PCM is providing a ground path to complete the circuit for each injector.
If you notice, each injector has two wires, one is pink and the other is a different color as seen in pic 2. Disconnect the harness. Using a test light, connect one end to the battery positive and probe the ground wire at each injector. Have a helper crank the engine. The light should strobe on and off.
See if that happens.
