Will not stay running

It did it all the sudden. I would get it to run and it felt like the engine was gonna fall out. When I floored it would push out white smoke and the person on the outside said "man it is running rich"! So I do not know what is wrong with it.

White smoke is generally burning water. Usually from a blown head gasket. To verify that you would want to do a pressure test and a combustion gas test on the cooling system. If it fails both you have either a bad head gasket or cracked head or block. Then you have the option of repairing it or replacing the engine, which is what I would suggest because of the high mileage on the engine.
