More than likely we have an o2 sensor issue that is telling the PCM incorrect information.
So, let's start at the beginning and check for codes.

Once we know if there are codes, we can move onto monitoring the o2 data and see if they are telling the PCM if the engine is rich or lean.
When you start the engine cold, it ignores the o2 sensor data until it gets warm so if it is cutting the engine off then I suspect the data is wrong and the PCM is making adjustments based on this data and if the data is wrong then it will be adjusting things improperly which can cause the engine to go too rich or lean.
We need to use a scan tool to monitor the data and find out what it is telling the PCM.
This can be the o2 sensor voltage or short-term fuel trims. Let's run through this info and let us know what questions you have.
Thanks
