Will not start when at operating temperature sometimes and floods out?

Won't start at operating temp after running for a while sometimes and floods out.

I have seen the engine coolant temperature sensor short out and cause this issue. I have also seen a fuel injector short out when hot and doing the same thing, so we should run the codes to see if anything comes up to help point us in the right direction.
