wont start using ignition switch/will start if jump at relay

Won't start using ignition switch, it will start if jumped at relay. Switch is good.

we don't have any information on these or any other medium duty truck, however it may be a security issue so look online to see if there is any information on how to reset it. Or call a dealer if online fails.
