Will not start security light is on

I went to the store cut my car off an now it will not start security light is on an solid. i have tried resetting battery, doing the door locks, flipping ignition switch multiple times, letting it sit for ten minutes. what can i do?

If your security light is staying on steady and not flashing when you try to start it, then you have some sort of hard code in the security circuit and you will need a professional level scan tool capable of reading the body control module.
