Shut off while running it does not crank or start

I have replaced the alternator, and the battery. The car still will not start or turn over, no crank noise nothing. what could it be and when it was running the car just shut off? what could it be why am I losing power and why isn't there no charge? can someone help me?

Lets try testing for no cranking and will see what happens from there.

If the engine was running and just shut off and now it will not even turn over I would suspect a bad battery cable or power feed from the battery. If you turn on the headlights do they come on? How about anything on the dash when you turn the key? What else isn't working?
If those are turning on, what does it do when you turn the key? Any lights dimming or clicking sounds? How about if you shift to neutral and try the key?
