Remote transmitter broke. Car has a good battery but won't crank over at all when turning the ignition. How do I turn off any and all system(s) that would interfere with just using the key for everything(unlocking doors, starting car, etc.)?

Hello,

Is the remote starter an aftermarket addition or is it Original Equipment Manufacturer[OEM] equipped?

Thanks,
Alex

Hello,

I understand that it is broke. Did it originally come with the vehicle or was it added later?

Thanks,
Alex

I assume later because it uses a battery that is like a AAA but half the length and it only has 3 buttons on it. I got the car used and it came with only one fob and one key.

Hello again,

When I was doing some more research on this, I ran across this Technical Service Bulletin[TSB]. Please go through it and report back with how everything turns out.

Thanks,
Alex
