Will no start, no engine codes

I have the car listed above that turns but will not start. There is no engine light. I cannot seem to get any codes. It has spark, it has fuel. Will not start with starter fluid. Help!

Good afternoon.

Did you check for spark at the spark plug wire?

If it does not start with starter fluid, it either has no spark or possible timing chain.

The next step would be to do a compression test to verify the valve timing is correct.
