When I turn key to start the truck it just clicks the lights come on and everything but it won’t turn over when I turn the key to try to start it.

Hi,
It seems you have battery low voltage problem, first check the tightness of the battery cables positive and the negative ones, then check the battery cable connector if clean, check the link below how to clean battery cables.

Jump the battery if the engine start then the problem is from the battery must be recharged then rechecked.
