Will not start but cranks

I just drove and put fuel in my car and parked it for an hour now all of a sudden it will not start. All it does is crank. Tried seeing if its a battery issue already and i do not believe it is. Have no type of tools to check anything else out but in need of help fast stuck at the moment need to get home.

Okay lets see if we can check for spark which you can use a simple wire to check.
