Just finished replacing the air manifold gasket and now the truck won’t start. I don’t know if it’s the the cables or if it wasn’t properly done or if it needs to be primed before starting again. The video shows how it sounds after I had finished.

Hello,

I'm assuming that you mean the intake manifold gasket. Even if this gasket was still leaking your vehicle should start. It would run very badly with a high or more than likely a surging or "searching" idle, but it would start. Can you please double check that you have not left a component such as the idle air control[IAC] valve, Camshaft Position Sensor[CMP] or Crankshaft Position Sensor[CKP], Manifold Absolute Pressure[MAP] sensor unplugged or have wires that somehow got pinched for us. Please get back to us with what you find out, and we can go from there if needed.

Thanks,
Alex

I figured it out! It was the wire that leads to the distributor I hadn’t plugged it in. Thanks so much.
