Will not start after changing battery terminal and installing radio

It will turn over, but sounds as if getting no gas. It was running fine no problems before I messed with the battery and deck.

Hello,

Can I ask if the security light is flashing? If not can you turn the key on without cranking the engine over to see if you can hear the fuel pump running for five seconds? Here is a guide that will help us get started:
