Hello, I hope someone can help me on here. I have the car listed above (TDCI), the battery has been on its way out for a while now and we have had to jump start it a few times. So I changed the battery today but it still will not start. It is turning over now, I think it is a fuel issue, or I need to reset something.

Can anyone help?
Thanks, Chris

Hello,

Do you have a security light flashing when you crank the car over?

The security/immobiliser light flashes when you get in the car, but once you turn the key to the second position it goes out and stays out when the car cranks over.

I did have eleven fault codes come up when I plugged my obd2 scanner in. I cleared the faults on the ECU hoping this would fix it but it has not. There is only one fault code left when I checked again 'P0193'.

Ya, yes the old fuel pressure circuit high code. Sounds like you need a new fuel pressure sensor. Here is a diagram to help you see how to do the job.

The sensor location should be up by the fuel rail.

Check out the diagrams (Below)
