Engine cranks but does not start?

car turns over but won't start. also, all my fuses are good, but no blinkers, no fan, no windshield wipers and the windows do not work, everything else does.

It sounds like it could be your integration relay is not working but we should test the ignition switch first, with the switch on it should have power at the blk/white, blue/red, and black/yellow wire. Here is a guide to help you test for power and the ignition switch wiring diagrams below so you can see which wires to test and how the switch works:
