Shut off while driving and will not start?

I was driving and my engine cut and hasn't started since. The engine cranks but won't turn over. I got it diagnosed and replaced the ICM but still won't turn over. It's not getting spark. Can anyone help me?

I have seen the integrated control relay module cause this issue, I would try to find a used one by searching eBay or Google. Here is the location so you can swap it out.

Integrated Relay Control Module (IRCM) on the left-hand strut tower and disconnect electrical harness connector.
