Months ago cannot wet car not start? Dryer out dash now car. will not start when not start when it's hot outside. why won't car start?

What does the vehicle do when it won't start? There could be a number of causes but it all depends on what it does. If it cranks and does not start then we will go in a different direction then if when you turn the key it won't do anything.
