Will not start?

Changed fuel filter cleaned throttle positioning sensor, started ran great for half hour stalled and would not start again. It cranks like all get out but will not start. It has pressure when removing fuel filter again, don't know how much but seems strong what could, getting gas through fuel filter. what could it be as to why it will not start?

Let's try to see if it runs on starting fluid. If not let's check for spark.
