My engine will not crank over - starter not working why?

Car has power when turned on lights and chimes work but it wont turn over or make any sounds at all. Tried in park and neutral same issue and no sound or clicks either way.

Hi,

I looked through the wiring schematic and didn't find much. Tell me, have you checked to see if the battery terminals are clean and tight? Here is a link that explains what to check and do:

Next, if the battery is good, the terminals are good, and there is no obvious cause, we need to check the starter itself. Take a look through this link. It explains how to check a starter. You will need a helper. Do these two things and let me know what you find.
