Water is not its friend!
I do not know if you just splashed water up in the vehicle, slightly in water, or submerged (at least water coming in the floor)
Depending on the severity it encountered, your insurance company might be your first contact before you do anything. I have heard they sometimes might even total one.
Again, severity, if the transmission or other fluid necessary parts was underwater the fluids may need to be replaced. I wouldn't drive it until they were deemed to be in okay condition.
I would have it towed to the dealer for in depth testing with their scan tools, if this were an 1980's on back vehicle, DIY might be an option, the new stuff is just way too computerized, sophisticated, and require expensive diagnostic equipment to try to tackle this problem in the driveway.
