Will not start, I replaced the starter, fuel pump?

i replaced the starter, fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel regulator and it still wont start unless you poor gas into the throttle body. i have reset the emergency shut off.

Good morning,

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key on?

Did you verify power to the pump?

Do you have a voltmeter or test light to do some checks?
