Will not start

I turned my truck off and it would not start after that.
It makes no noise when I tune key on.
I have replaced starter, and battery, I can jump start it by the
starter but it wont start just makes a sound like it's going to.

Good afternoon,

I attached a wiring diagram of the starter circuit for you. We need to do some testing at the relay to see if the correct signals are present for the starter to work.
