Will not start

Just replaced my window regulator and now my car will not start. Horn will not honk anti theft is stuck and emergency brake is locked.

The new window motor must be initialized which a shop can do for about $60.00.

Here is the notice.

Note: The front window motors must be initialized whenever: the motor is removed from the window regulator, a new motor is installed, a new window regulator is installed, a new window glass is installed, a glass top run removal and installation has been carried out or when carrying out any operation in which grease or lubricants are applied to the window system. A new front window motor will be in a proportional up/down mode until initialized. Refer to Door Window Motor Initialization.

This will cause the issues you are having. Please let us know what happens.

We initialized the window that is when these problems occurred. We believe it is a fuse. Any idea where we should start checking?

With the key in the on position I would check all fuses. Here is a guide to show you how and the fuse panel locations and identifications:
