If it runs on starting fluid, it is a fuel-related issue. First, confirm the fuel pump is producing the pressure needed. Here is a link that explains how to test fuel pressure:

I attached the pressure specifications below.
If the pressure is within spec, I need you to next check the ECM 1 fuse in the under-hood fuse box. In addition to checking the fuse, confirm there is power to and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful:

If the fuse is good and has power, go to the fuel injectors, and check the pink wires on both to see if they have power with the key in the run position.
