Turn over the ignition and it does not crank over?

Turn over the ignition and it doesn't start. When I turned it over all the gauges zeroed out until I let off the ignition. I have put a battery charger on to make sure that it isn't the battery. Replaced the starter nothing, ran a jump wire off the starter still won't start. Replaced everything for the ignition still nothing. Even done a little starting fluid in the air intake to try to get it to start. I can only get it to crank over when I use the jumper wirer from the starter.

Can I ask if the security light is flashing? Also, we should run the codes, have you checked the fuses? Let's go over these guides to get us closer to fixing the problem:

I also have checked all the fuses through the whole vehicle. The security light on the vehicle is not flashing.

Also have tried to hook up a code reader and it say that it won't connect.

Okay, you could have a bad PCM but let's check for power at the CIG LTR fuse 15 amp under the hood. This is the fuse that powers the ALDL connector port. Please let me know.
