Put a new battery and alternator in but it is not turning over. It sounds like it wants to start but it doesn't.

"Not turning over" does this mean it is not cranking over, or the engine is cranking over but not starting? In the meantime, please go over these two videos and check back in with me so I can help you fix it.

Okay, so I assume the engine is cranking over but not starting. Did you try starting fluid like in the video?
