Can a person connect to my car and disable it from starting?

Not sure what you are asking.
If you are wondering about some type of remote access to not start the car, it does not really apply to your vehicle.
If something got disconnected or a faulty component, then the car might not start.
So, what is the vehicle doing at this time? Does it crank but not start? Does it make any noise?
