Replaced fuel pump, plugs and wires. Drove good afterwards then 2 days later I went out to start it and it will not start. Turns over but won't start.

Hello, do you know why the fuel pump was replaced?
Does the Tachometer move when cranking the engine over, if it has one?
Since it's a no start and the fuel pump were just replaced, that area has been tampered with. Doing a fuel pressure test on Fords is very easy. There is a port at the end of the Fuel Rail that a Fuel pressure gauge can be screwed right on to.

You will have to relieve the fuel pressure first by pulling the Fuel Pump fuse (1st diagram) and crank the car over, just to be sure there is no pressure. Then replace the fuse and turn it to the on position and it should read pressure. If there's no pressure, I would check the connections at the top of the fuel tank to verify no connections came apart. Sometimes if the fuel tank had to be taken out to replace the pump, when the tank is reinstalled the lines or electrical connections get pulled on or crushed if it's not done correctly.
You can also check the connections at the Ignition Coil pack, just to verify there's nothing unplugged. (2nd diagram)

Below are 2 guides, one for the fuel pressure test and the other is to check for Ignition Spark.
