Will not start?

I drove my car to work one day and came out to leave and wouldn't crank over. We have now changed the battery and replaced the starter. Checked fuses and relays, tried putting in neutral and nothing. You can hear a few things come on, but you hear one big click and then nothing.

It sounds like the positive battery cable needs to be replaced but to be sure let's use this guide to help us check for power at the trigger wire for the starter:

If you are getting power at the trigger wire let's use a breaker bar on the front of the engine to see if you can turn the engine over by hand. Here is the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the starter system works. There is a starter relay inside the IPDM that might be bad as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
