Will not after changing out the water pump and timing belt

Changed water pump and timing belt now car turns over but does not start.

if the battery was disconnected try a security system reset. It may have set it off. I am assuming that the timing belt was lined up correctly and engine was not turned over after belt was removed. if it was you may have bent valves. See link.
