Will not crank over?

The batteries are fully charged, try to start lights on dash flicker and go out totally and run start really clicks even with key out.

Even though the battery charger may say the batteries are charged it sounds like the batteries are bad, but to be sure we can use a simple voltmeter to check the surface voltage which should be about 12.4 volts with the doors closed ignition switch off. Here is a guide to help you do the test:
