Vehicle wont start when raining or humid out. Replaced distributor cap,rotor, wires and plugs about a year ago. Also replaced ignition coil about 3 years ago. Starts and runs fine when the weather is sunny. It will start perfectly if its 30 below zero and sunny. But any moisture in the air and it just cranks.
