Harmonic balancer broke I replaced and now it wont start.

try resetting security system if no owners manual look online for your car.

one other thing, did the gear behind it break as well ? if it did your cam went out of time so it may have bent valves if it is an interference engine.

Your crank sensor is located behind the crank pulley so when the belt came off it may have damaged the sensor or the wiring going to it.
