Will not crank over

I changed the battery got a new one and a new starter. I had the alternator tested it passed. Then I put it all back together and it still will not start.

It sounds like the starter has gone out but to be sure you need to test the starter trigger for power when the key is turned. Here is a guide to help you see whats going on:
