Will not crank over?

The key will turn in the ignition. The lights on the dash and everything comes on. It clicks when trying to start it. I took the battery to AutoZone and charged it and said the battery is still good. It’s still happening though. Even when we jump it now it still won’t crank over.

It sounds like the starter relay to the starter motor has gone out. To be sure we will need to test the trigger wire going to the starter motor, here is a guide that can help test the wire:

If you are getting power but the starter is still not working, it has gone bad and needs replacement. I would try checking the fuse #f84 in the fuse panel in the engine bay, also try swapping out the starter relay if you are not getting power. Here is how to change out the starter motor and the wiring diagrams to show you how the system works.
