No crank no start issue?

1995 BUICK LESABRE
150,731 MILES • 3.8L • V6 • AUTOMATIC

I have power, battery is good, recently changed the oil and air filter. The radiator needs to be flushed and new plugs. But the car won't even turn over.

It sounds like you have a bad starter. Can I ask if the security light is flashing? If not let's test the trigger wire to the starter solenoid. This guide can show you how to do the test and i have included how to change the starter out in the images below:
