Car will not start, but turns over?

Car will just not start but turns over. I have replaced the fuel filter fuel pump starter alternator battery and it's still doing the same thing. What else should I try?

I would try starting fluid to see if it starts for a second. If not, it sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor went out. Here is a guide that can help as well:

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, it sounds like the engine lost the timing chain so it may have bent valves, to be sure we can do a compression test.

New problem. I tried to remove the coil pack and the rubber coils didn't come out with it. And when I tried to see the problem I seen they were screwed into the spark plug/
