Will not start?

New battery, new alternator, dash and interior light come on. won't turn over. I was going to replace the starter. jump started starter and it was good. What is the problem?

Sorry you are having so much trouble with your Cruze.

Attached find part of the starting circuit diagram... it shows a starter relay and a fuse #12 in the under-hood fuse block. Check that out and see if you have a good fuse, and then see if there's another relay of the same type to switch and give it a shot. If the relay is not working, it would explain the no crank condition when turning the key.

The next thing to check is if you get comm with the PCM with key on
