Check that you have power on the jump start lug under the hood and with the key on battery voltage to the orange wire and red wire on the fuel pump relay. There is a fusible link in the orange wire back to the ECM it is one of the power feeds to the pump. With the key on you should be able to short the oil pressure SWITCH and have the pump run as well, that is the main feed that shuts off the pump if you lose oil pressure.
No spark - check for battery voltage on the Pink/black wire on the spark control module. Check for a good ground on the brown wire. If you don't find power check that the fuse block has power at the IGN/ECM fuse, if not then you will need to hunt down a bad wire or bad fuse contact in the panel.
