Will not start, it has spark and fuel the fuel pump works?

I hit a pothole really hard on the passenger side the truck shut off. I can crank it over all day long it has spark and fuel the fuel pump works fine the spark shocks the crap out of you. But it will not run. Could this be the ignition column?

It sounds like the timing chain may have let go, can I ask how the engine sounds when you crank the engine over? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine cranking? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Also, will the engine run on starting fluid? Please check out this guide:
