Will not shift out of first gear

Reverse, park neutral and first gear all work, but car will not shift out of first gear into second or third or fourth.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a turbine sensor that has gone out which will cause the issue. Here is a video of one getting replaced on a different car but the same procedure:
