wont run unless at idle

I have a 93 ford probe gt. It will run fine as long as it is
At idle. When I give it some gas it spits and pops and will
Cut off. It takes a couple of tunes to get started again.
I just replaced distributor and crank sensor. Doe anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first the fp may be low need to know engine size for specs.
