Will not stay running

Was working fine went out to start seems to start up and shuts off right away. Checked fuel pressure 60 lbs. Went to check to see if there were any codes in the computer but my scan tool can't link up. Tried another one same result. I replaced oil pressure sensor, no help. Hate to keep throwing parts at it. any ideas?

Hi,

If it starts and shuts off over and over then this sounds like a theft system lock out. Is the security light on or flashing when the key is turn to the on position?
