It won't roll over unless i jump the starter relay. i need help on to Wednesday ur cond be i changed the solenoid the battery the starter.

Hi,
If the starter won't engage and you are sure the battery is charged and the starter is good (new), see if it will start in neutral. There could be an issue with the transmission park switch.
Next, I attached two pics below. They are the starting system specific to this vehicle. If you look at the first pic, I circled two pins with a blue pen. Are those the ones you jump for the starter to engage? If so, then we know the fuse is good.
Next, the purple wire with an arrow down is what sends power to the starter solenoid to engage it. Have a helper turn the key to start while you check that wire for power.
If no power, then the yellow wire with the arrow pointing up is what signals the relay to engage the starter. You need to check that pin for power with the key is in the start position. If there is power, check the circuit ground. The black/white wire I highlighted.
