Won't pass smog fault code # P1131

I found three vacuum fuel hoses and replaced them. I am hoping that would take care of the problem, but I don't know much about auto mechanics, so I am not sure. Also need to know where the OBD 2 hook up connection is so I can have some one check it for me. Your help would be appreciated and I've already received a ticket for expired tags. Now I find myself rambling on to meet your 200 character minimum. Thank You

DLC is under dash near steering column.

The code is a fuel control problem and could be due to vacuum hoses so hopefully what you have done resolves the problem. If it does not, you hwould have to go deeper into diagnostics.
